Congrats on getting the new car! Not sure if you just bought the car purely for track days but seems a bit of a shame not to sort her up after all its very little damage. She looks a good one!

Congratulations George ;welcome You really got yourself a bargain car there - even though it was more than you bargained for. I was (and still am) regretting not taking my limit up a notch to make it mine!
Probably would have done as you said - however GF was next to me when Steve gave me option
but hey, plenty more elises out there!
Don't know what happened in your test drive, but if i tore the ass out it, then we would have hit 2 chavs in a rover 400 that smashed into a ditch just in front of us
- they probably attempted to go round the corner at the same speed as steve and realised that their handling wasn't very good!

I was planning on doing as Tut says - the car is too nice looking to just leave it battered and bruised - get some miles in and then clean her up - as steve says, she needs some TLCtut wrote:George
...get to know the car first and gain some experience, especially with track days, then think of sorting it over Winter.
Thanks for the warm welcome
I haven't picked her up yet, so unlikely to make the SIDC morning. Probably just as well, I feel I should check the car over and get some road miles in first.
