Can only say this from my own point of view and from experience, but I am pretty sure that if he could possibly have a choice, it would be to pull the plug.

His family understandably, and all his fans will not feel that way, but it seems doubtful that he will ever become conscious again according to the neuro specialists.

:? Tut, its now reported that he is out of the coma and has left hospital to continue rehabilitation (link above).
