Direct personal e-mails now as opposed to mass spam.

Subject: HELLO CLARE

Hello Mrs Clare. good morning. don't know what your time is (its about
3am here now). Congrats on your wedding to Jamie. hope u guys have a
blissful marriage blessed with kids. sorry for approaching you this
way but I saw your profile on Facebook but couldn't message u through
there. My name is Mcjonathan Obialor. I'm an economics graduate from
Madonna university in Nigeria (I see its what you studied too
*smiles*). I've been done with school for close to two years and I
would like to further my education and get a masters degree but I'm
finding it quite difficult cos I lost both my parents in a motor
accident few years back. (may their souls rest in peace). anyway I
guess by now its quite obvious why I'm writing you. I've been sourcing
for financial aid through any means necessary. I'm not gonna lie to
you and say some friends haven't been kind to me but what I get is
barely enough for me to feed on, much less further my studies. so I
beg u to help me in any way u can but if its a burden to u that's ok.
ur prayers too would be enough for me. once again my regards to the
family. take care :)

McJoe

Got this one sent to me today;

"Thanks for the prompt response. I am ready to buy it now as a birthday gift for my Dad. I hope it is in good condition? Does it have any history i should be aware of? I'm at the sea at the moment. I am a marine engineer, due to the nature of my work, phone calls and use of the internet is restricted but I have managed to squeeze out time to check your advert and send you a text regarding it. I want it to be a surprise package for my Dad so I won't let him know anything about it until my mover gets it delivered to him, I am sure he will be more than happy with the surprise gift.

I insist on PayPal as my mode of payment because I don't have access to my bank account online and also, I don't have internet banking, but I can pay from my PayPal account. I have my bank account attached to my PayPal account, so I will need you to get back to me with your PayPal email address and your final price so I can make the payment for the asap. Please if you don't have a PayPal account yet, it is very easy to set up, log on to http://www.paypal.co.uk and get it set up. I have a shipper that will come and pick up after I must have made the payment and funds available in your account.

Your PayPal e-Mail Address :
Full name:
Firm Price:
Address for pick up:

Many Thanks."

They must think that we are f******g stupid or something.

Ok, I will set up a PayPal account, send you the information that you require, wait until it 'shows' the money in my account, then your handler arrives to pick it up and I watch the vehicle being driven away, then low and behold, the money disappears from my account. Low life scum. The other thing they usually say is, "I will pay you extra into the account and then can you give the handler said sum for his handling fee from me please?" So you watch your vehicle being driven away with your cash and low and behold........No money in the bank.
