If I wasn't off sick I would have been working at the count so will be watching to see how it goes, we normally have a sweep and the first one to get a message from home that they have been spotted on the telly has to buy coffee and doughnuts.

Been a few months since I took time off & with the camping at Arisaig I've booked Thursday - Monday off... so I'll probably stay up.

I'm doing an early shift so, no doubt, I'll be in the thick of media frenzy as the results come in.

I stayed up for the Obama vote and am off on Turs/Fri so would be rude not to.

Reckon I will - Return to Ireland that evening, so the question is who to watch: BBC or Ulster TV (the ITV we get over there)?
(Doubt there will be much on RTÉ, bar the result...)

I will be. Considered throwing a party and putting on Boag's Spotify playlist in the background.

Any bets on a re-count if it's really close. I wonder if there will be any dodgy voting shenanigans going on or voter intimidation?

Pretty obvious, but if it is a Yes vote GB will no longer be an Island.

How so, tectonic plates shifting?
Staying up for the results, sleep for a bit then out to party in the streets (I hope)

An Island has to consist of a single Country, not two.

Wonder how much setting up Scottish Embassies in all the major Countries of the World would cost?

Some reporting amongst the press this morning that we'll have financial melt down within six weeks with the Bank of England having to step in as lender of last resort to replace the cash that is exiting Scotland. The ironic thing there is that the balance of power then shifts as B of E will essentially be buying Scotland

In practice it will make negotiation very difficult for the SNP.

I am already advising several clients on moving capital. We are into 8 figures and it hasn't happened yet.
