Not sure they'll want to see you that often.

The buyer for TT has hit a problem with his Mortgage. After giving him an AIP, when he went through to put it in place they came up with a technicality and said they now could not offer it him. His Broker has said that he can not find anyone else, so I have put him through to BigD who has arranged my Mortgage, to see if he can find him one.
Which means that I have had to put our buy on hold until it is sorted out.

Was waiting till further down the line before ringing Don's bell, but he has done a great job so far in trying to prepare for all the paperwork that Hodge will require, getting an interest only Mortgage for a 74 year old Disabled War Pensioner is not exactly straightforward.
On top of that it appears that an AIP is exactly that, when you want it confirmed it may not be there.

Tell me about it... but it was D who sorted us out, hence the confidence
