Elise S2 K Series OSR brake caliper

Post by Mellow Yellow » Thu May 14, 2015 11:24 am

Need to replace it for the MOT, just wondering if anyone on here has one surplus to requirement they would like to sell? :)

They're the same across all the cars until V6, so any will do. If you've no joy on here, Junks on seloc may be able to help.

Campbell gave me one some time ago, but I never got around to getting it refurbished after the demise of N3. It is in the garage at TT.

Really can't recall but given rarity / cost of rear calipers, it was good value.

Give them a call.

Thanks chaps!

Another question, the cat needs changed.. Do I opt for the standard aftermarket or the high flow version which is road legal according to the website?

Is it a Rover engine?

Some interesting findings from a recent rolling road that saw minimal gains from no cat at all, so not sure what point in a sports cat these days - unless you can get it cheaper than the OEM.

Yeah Rover, they are both the same price so thought it made sense to get the sports option. Its also 2KG lighter than the standard cat.
