Lotus provide these in colours to match your car....

Something tells me I'm not going to get very far pushing the brake, clutch and throttle at the same time with those on, but definitely great for the passenger.

Just read the thread with great interest as I consider replacing my Elise and Audi Q5 for an Evora. I want something that will do the job of two car as i get very little time to enjoy the elise at weekends.

Im out in the country like many other SE folks, this put me off slightly for MPG and winter driving.

So looking at options an N/A will give low 30s and a S would be low 20s?

Thanks

On average, yes. Cr box will take the na down a bit.

My 's' did 14mpg. I only drove it to drive it if you know what I mean, but it really was a game changer. I was getting through £70 of fuel taking it to work over 2 days (Montrose to Dyce)
But even set with cruise at 70mph on a steady run I couldn't get into the low 20's.

That was why I originally asked what the N/A did and it seams to be significantly better.

Thanks for the responses guys, appreciated :thumbsup

I'm just wanting the balance of keeping my passion of Lotus alive while being able to commute to work daily , it's not doing it for me having a car in the garage hardly used due to a young family keeping me very busy lol

I must admit I have a very soft spot for the white S with IPS MMC right now.

Ouch!!! I don't mind paying for performance but I'll be 50 miles commute daily and my theory to changing is one car will be cheaper than two ( man math lol)

Currently at 29mpg average over 12000 miles including Frolic and 3 track days. An NA Evora will offer 35+ on steady 75 too.

Mine is on the market. Reluctantly (my year's up!). See Classifieds.

As a daily driver, an NA is the one to have, with standard box.
Miss my one a bit I have to say.

Thanks Stu, im engrossed with researching at the moment and im coming to the same sensible conclusion for an NA. I can always send it to Hanger 111 in the future lol.

Not many Evoras to choice from right now so may be a waiting game for the right one!

Great to hear!!! Im being convinced its an NA + 2 for the kids ( still wee !)

Ignorance talking, if i got an NA sports racer is the mapping any different to a non sports racer?

Also think ill aim for post 2012 for the facelift changes ....agree?

facelifts are massively better..i have a launch edition. The facelifts come with the CR box:-( i think the std box suits the cars role of a lotus take on a grand tourer:-)
i have a koldfire tune, full 2bular and boe intake..i think its transformed the car:-)
