More Tracknights?

Post by Andy G » Wed Jul 20, 2016 12:26 pm

Hi Guys

Thought i'd post this up to get feedback before booking the next tracknight/tracknights!

The tracknight went really well, was a great laugh and I'm keen to do more of these, so I've been on the phone to Knockhill to get some more potential dates in the diary!

Trying to suss out if I'm looking at too many or too few, or if this would just about be right, and hoping to get an idea of interested people for both or either.

Possible dates;

Monday 1st August - last available tracknight of the year apparently - 6-8pm - NOW IN TRACKDAYS AS EVENT BOOKED - Date is now Tuesday 2nd as KH got their dates wrong - thread in Trackdays shows correct date.

Friday 14th October - 3-5pm with potential for the social side afterwards in Edinburgh ala AMP3 Charity Auction style. - AWAITING A FEW KEY ISSUES BEING RESOLVED

Both events like to be £110 each.

After party in Edinburgh on the 14th of October tbc, but likely BBQ & Bar, and I'll try and persuade Shug to come back and help me host the auction which will most likely be for Save The Children - will confirm once I've made contact with them and confirmed the date etc.

So whos up it?

Hoping to run one of maybe both in reverse this time, but haven't spoken to KH about that yet.

Andy

Hi Andy,

14th Oct is good for me. I will try and be organised to have insurance this time and I think I will need it as it's a completely different track in reverse (more fun IMO!)

Actually... I'd be up for both but only voted for option 2. d'oh!

Not fussed about reverse though, prefer it the normal way.

Cheers!

been a long time since the last AMP3 charity auction so would be good to have another. 14th Oct for me as unbelievably I would be home for that one and it's a week after the SIDC day.

1st August night is now 2nd August - the thread in trackdays has been altered, but I can't edit the poll without deleting the results. Knockhill fluff, so a Tuesday night, not a Monday night.

I'm up for both but afraid I won't be able to attend the charity night as I've got a wedding on the Saturday.

Really wanted to be there, shame about the clash. Here's hoping its not 4 years to the next one. The last night was brilliant !!!
