It's a really nice spot Jim - the viewpoint is like a mini-Cairn o Mount

Well, I jumped in the car this evening and took a run up there.
I guess the secret is knowing when the sun might make a good appearance
I'll not post a pic of the murky gloom at the top. Not really Insta material
The run over there was decent tho so if you're doing it again or something similar then gimme a shout

No problems/expenses plus lots of fun times with the Alfa

Starting considering it for this year but looks it won’t work in with holidays plans.

Had a cracking day a few weekends back on a charity classic car tour to Glencoe and back (with some royalty for company no less ) - weather was amazing and the old girl ran perfectly

You actually forget how truly stunning the scenery is and it's all the more appreciated when not belting along in a Caterham or Elise

This pic was one of a few taken by the charity snappers - shame about the modern German cr4p - the 500 & CRX behind are ex-SEers

Also - a benefit of the LHD is I spotted a scamera van coming back out of Glencoe, so stuck my left arm out and did the shooting-a-gun hand gesture at him (pow-pow), and he waved back
