I went to the Maranello museum 2 years ago. Like you, was pretty disappointed. Didn't start long and headed up to the newer one in Modena; it's much better. Almost went back a couple of weeks ago but didn't quite have the time to for it in. Modena is a great city to visit too.

Thanks for the info on the cameras, I might have passed a few last month and only realised later.

Day 8 : Maranello => Bologna
Visiting the Lamborghini museum, a small but very nice museum.

The 350GT :

The fabulous Miura :

Countach :

LM002

The Espada

On the second floor a lot of modern cars : Diablo, Gallardo, Murcielago, Urus, etc...

Of course a lot of engine (but not all, the small V8 of the Urraco is missing)
The fabulous V12 of the Miura with the gear box just behind :

As the V12 is in transversal position behind the seats, the selector of the gearbox have to pass thru the engine bloc, very smart :

To be continued...

Am loving the write-up and very envious of the trip. Do you know what the car in the last picture is? It's in even worse state than my Austin 7!
