Grounded front of car !

Post by Mr Momo » Tue Mar 29, 2005 10:39 pm

This one's for Simon - on his favourite road

On the way to Glenshee yesterday, I was on the twisty bit on the south side when I grounded the front - surprisingly, the number pate was still on - I'll need to check the front undertray sometime

Anyone done this before ?

Nah mate, you know you're trying when you ground the REAR diffuser... :D

The edges of mine are nicely worn away...

You don't want to look at the front underside of my car

My favourite road? :?
I've grounded the front of mine, 4 days into ownership and I did it, I was gutted at the time. It scraped the 'ears' at the front and scuffed the underside of the front clam. Got some touch up paint and sorted it out so you can't see it.

My numberplate is mounted so that it won't hit the ground without removing half the clam, it came that way.
