Travelling into Glasgow not as bad as getting into Ed. Subway in (under) Glasgow makes travel around the centre easy - a biased opinion as I go into Glasgow daily , Ed rarely.
Worth remembering that Ed have already considered city centre charge - guess it may happen everywhere eventually but capital likely to be first?
