that was quick, theyve removed the bbc vid i was watching before that aswell as this one.

Its an onboard came of someone at le mans in an S1 comin through turn one he suddenly finds another elise on the exit of the chicane pointing towards him and has a huge slide towards it n misses him by inches.

Dont know how its violates terms of use, its just a vid of a guy doin a trackday :?

That's an old video - it was Hyla Breeze driving IIRC with some pretty fancy footwork required to slow the car enough to be able to take it off line, and he left it to the last second too!

that vid has been on utube for ages. i think i have a copy of that file some where on the hard disk. like u said, that was a real close one!

Yes that was Hyla driving, he told me the story.

We chat quite a lot, as I am still trying to get him in as a Pilot on the North Sea with Bristows, but we are having problems getting his UK I/R course done, as it keeps getting moved backwards.

He is flying down in Norwich at present as a Flying Instructor for a small outfit, but is itching to get into a proper job.
