An estate agent actually said that to me when describing a flat in Ballator Street and didn't even have the decency to look embarrassed :shock:

A couple of my mates are estate agents for, and its a look that estate agents are trained to have from the day they sign up.

Some of the chat they can come away with is hilarious, when describing things like an offers over £29k smack den in Paisley.
