I'm enjoying Full Throttle at the moment. New uk mag dedicated to mostly club-level racing. Grab an issue if you spot it. recommended. Not got June's yet, but it's on sale now and promises and article on "Buy and race an Elise".

You can get PPC in Tesco, WH Smith etc
Full Throttle is ok but I found it a bit 'light' in terms of content and editorial. Didn't seem to offer anything over the likes of Track and Race Car.
PPC is basically a re-vamped, more modern offering of the traditional Triple C back when it was all about good manly stuff like sticking a V8 into things, overhauling Weber 45s and nonsense like that.
