Just home so time for a quick update. We have just about reached the halfway mark with both the trackday and hog roast. Plenty spaces left and we do really need to fill these soon.

The following have not even filled in their details yet even though the Database has been up for six months, and have therefore not sent payment into Mike.

Most of you are regular posters, many daily, others weekly, so you can not have missed the posts that we have put up. There is only eight weeks to go now, deposits have been paid, and we shortly have to pay the full bills, around £5.5K.

Suggestions welcome as to where this will come from if not from yourselves. As Mike is running payments, he will put a list up of the remainder who have filled in their details, but not yet paid.

I have been asked to try to simplify the DB for people and to make the info more accessible. The easiest way to manage this is to post the entire list here with all the info shown best I can. To that end I have compiled the DB on yahoo into excel and converted it into a series of jpegs so it can be displayed here. To update your info either PM myself, Craig or tut alternatively just post what you intend to do throughout the weekend and I will make the changes and amend the spreadsheet accordingly. Easy

To make it easy to find I have also added the list to the very first post.







If you find your user name and there is blank spaces or question marks it is because you either haven't filled in the info or it wasn't clear from the DB what your intentions were. Please take a few minutes to look through it so we have an accurate record to work from. As is clear from the above we are still some way short of making this happen and as such, and to protect mine and everybody else money, can I ask John to cross post the trackday to SIDC and if anybody is on jocks 7 etc could they also do the same. You can let anybody interested to get in touch with either me, tut or Craig for payment details.

All the orginisers have a vested interest in making this weekend happen. Not just because of all the work that goes into arranging everything or from a financial point of view but because it is a unique opportunity to get like minded people together and have a fantastic weekend enjoying what brings us all together. This has all been done for you and it will take you to make it happen.

When it is said and done you will have the mother of all hangovers, stories galore and the memory of another fantastic weekend with old friends and new.

I did the Etac Caledonia a couple of years ago when it was sabotaged. 2 punctures but got round in just over 4 hours. Have a great time and remember to use the whole road!
