Funnily the same thing happened to me when I fitted the ZZRs last year.
I had figured it must be the different front tyre profile confusing the system. Turned out to be the steering position sensor which was playing up - seemingly a known issue.
Does seem a real coincidence though...

I'm going to book it in anyway and get it looked at. Funnily enough steering wheel isn't sitting straight anymore either so could be linked. Will have a poke around tomorrow and see what I can find

I've always wondered what causes the steering wheel to be off centre. Can someone please explain to a numpty?

Dave, Doug, Stu,

Have you managed to pick up your tyres yet?

I am just curious to find out if everyone has managed to get their tyres collected and have not had any problems at all.

Cheers,

Steve.

Steve,

I think you should hang onto the van and drive it round Frolic for us.

Kathy can take care of the Exige. Maybe McKean would come along to co-drive with her.

I'd phone Ronnie tomorrow if you haven't already... he mentioned something about going down south for a week soon. Think that was next week though.

Didn't see it mentioned anywhere but does the difference in front tyre profile knock the system out or have I just developed a fault coincidently at the same time?
I'll take back what I said before. Drove mine today for the first time after the ZZRs went on and I've got exactly the same issue with the traction control. Seems fine at town speeds but as soon as you boot it in 3rd the traction switches itself off. Did you get yours sorted?
My steering wheels off centre too which is a bit of a PITA
