My dad has an A6 2.7 v6 Tdi avant. Nice car but very turbo laggy. No power off boost at all. All that power also needs the quattro system to be used effectivly. :wink:

If it does sell, then I'll buy an older classic for day to day use, which would then be converted next year to be a track/sprint spec car.

Plan B is that I keep the car :D and we do the work over a longer period of time, as and when funds permit, rather than all at once.

PS Plenty room in the back of the Subaru for a couple of dogs, and leather wipes down quite easily ;)
