Barstewards....
I had a car nicked 4 years ago and a couple of months ago I got a call from the Police saying that they had caught the little sh1t. They had pulled him in for something else and got a fingerprint match, so the end result...... an official warning and a slapped wrist

That's the problem with political correctness.
In the good old days there were "stairs" for the little feckers to "fall" down.
"He fell down the disabled access ramp m'lud" just doesn't wash.

sh*t luck mate. You never know, the fingerprinting might turn up something. These fannies usually get caught for other stuff like shoplifting anyway. Chances are if they left a print, they'll be on file.
Just put it down to experience (never leave something on display in the car), and move on. If this is the first you've heard about a car being done, it was probably just some opportunist passing through.
How was the sale going, any decent offers?

Sorry to hear that mate. My mate's missus had her pug 206 broken into at the weekend whilst visiting pals in edinburgh. Rather than just smash the window, the crow-barred the pax door virtually off!! Plod took 9 hours to come out and have a look.
All you can think is that they saw the prezzie and went for it - if you don't leave any bait for them in the Exige it'll be fine! I take it you had no alarm? The exige will have one - that should put your mind at rest...
Go forth and purchase
