If you are going to have a second set of panels, go the whole hog and get something really individual. How about taking some inspiration from the famous BMW art cars 8)

The new Ducati white would look amazing on the atom. (Its a kinda white with blue/purple pearl ) 8)

How about yellow and black stipes like a ruddy great hornet, you could put red eyes on it too like the old b&h Jordan cars

Polished aluminium or transparent panels? If not then how about some sort of pearlescent colours that change in light from a very dark green to "toxic frog green". Don't know if possible though.

Or what about a similar design to what the dog fighter jets are sometimes painted. i.e. a sort of shark head at the end (teeth and eye) and then have some sort of military graffitti/notches for number of kills (times on track?) followed by the rest of the panels being aircraft blue with details for "ejector seat", missles, fuel etc. Maybe a bit crazy.
