No problem at all mate :thumbsup Was the least I could do after all the support I got from you all after my crash.

Glad to hear you're out driving again - definitely the best thing to do. Hopefully you can have a few drinks and relax in front of the darts today ;)

As I said when I popped up to the scene, I am convinced this was simply down to all that gravellly, mucky crap at the side of the road, combined with the wetness of the road. Poor road surface and definitely not your fault mate!

Damage wise, apart from the obvious new front clam, front undertray and splitter, I think the crash structure might be damaged, but radiator probably okay. Not sure about steering, but obviously it'll all get checked out.

Just really glad you're okay mate. If there's anything I can do, just let me know.

Everyone thanks for the kind wishes. I am fine just a little sore although in true Tut fashion a bottle of Laphroaig has eased the pain. Think I better have a cup of tea before I try and cook dinner.

Pete it happened on the Uplawmoor to Howwood road which is in Renfrewshire before anyone startes the Ayrshire nonsense

Thats a good road but has some really tight bumpy bits and the road is in really bad condition.

Where about on that road near the curling, the reservoir or the country club ? or the really really tight corner at the bottom of the dip (I'm sure you will know it)

Really tight corner at bottom of dip 1/4 mile before the Curling Rink on the Uplawmoor side. Farmer claimed to have a car in his field every week or so. Judging by mess of his hedgerow and fence I believe him.
