Thats the 1st time I have played online with folk I sort of know. Was good fun. :)

Even Wendy took the controller for a while and took delight in finding lots of different ways to get shot and blown up. Not sure what my excuse was tho

Been on live for many years, but tend to mostly play with my friends.

'Corranga Chris' - You'll find me playing a bunch of stuff, although I suck at fps, and more often than not, it'll be a racing game (gone back to Forza 2 as the game of choice right now)

It is out in Japan.

I *think* the PS3 may not have any region protection so maybe a UK one would play the Japanese version (certainly there is an Asian version that works on UK ps3 consoles). Obviously language could be an issue unless you speak Japanese. The next thing is finding a Japanese video game exporter that actually ships to Europe. Most of the larger ones won't since Sony tok one of the largers (lik-sang) to court to stop them exporting, and lik-sang went under due to that!

Renchi are reliable and have it for approx £25 + shipping

If English is a must, you'll be holding on until March 30th for the UK version , or 19th March + shipping time for the US one.

I got it off eBay £17 (but a tenner for postage).

PS3's are region free so any game will work, most of the menus are symbols with english underneath them, and the rest you can work out (traction off, anti spin off etc)

It depends how much of a GT fanboi you are - i love it so is worth it for me - in HD is looks stagerring the car models are so lush and the in car views are top notch - just bought an S1 last night, model is spot on.

The ai is better too, they make mistakes and run of track, they will box you in and they come back at you when you overtake - and having 15 opponents on track with you as opposed to 5 is way better :)

Saw you playing it last night Stifler - getting waaaaay too tempting just to stuff waiting and import the bloody thing. One of the best choices they made with PS3, getting rid of region coding IMHO.
