Eggar Lawson the same as Richard Eggar ? £540 for the 340 + 4 TDs + 20% for agreed value, was also open for discussion on putting mates on who are also with him for minimal costs.

I agree with Peter - if you must have a tracker for insurance purposes get the cheapest thing they will accept.

The deer will count as your fault because they didn't recover the costs from a third party. The exige will be counted as your fault until the claim is settled, at which point it will go against the hire car company, rather than you, I would guess.

Cheers,
Robin

Scotty

Try a call to Mary at Richard Egger on 0115 985 0165.

They only do performance cars, preferably tracked ones, and although I have a clear accident record, I have 11 points, and it includes four UK track days, and an agreed value, £18K for mine. Premium was £348.

You guy's have top remember the car is valued at 44k, I am sure that makes a difference.

I was happy with 850 as the 340r was about the same.

Heritage cover all track days organised by a car club as long as you advise them in advance. That includes European TDs and isn't limited to 4. For an extra £20 they include UK & European breakdown cover. I was £480 this year (same as last year). 7 or 8 years NCD, age 38, 2nd car and garaged. Someone reversed into my clam last year (caused minimal damage) but Heritage were spot on with the claim process.
