Another class day at KH even got a tan :) - or maybe weather beaten is more accurate.
It stayed dry though.
The only disappointment was only 10 entries for the GT championship, but was close racing :thumbsup

For anyone going tomorrow, keep an eye out for a certain Mr Hill.

Well after packing hats, gloves, wellies, water proof jackets, extra jumpers, umbrellas, etc, etc, we thought we'd covered all the weather conditions KH could throw at us, who would have thought all we needed was T shirts and sun block :D
Was a good day but as Duggie said was a bit disappointing with the small grid for the GT cars, no KTM X-bow either, which was supposed to be there.
Duggie was it your car I spotted being surrounded by camper vans in the car park by the hair pin. If so looked very nice.

Yeah that was me, but there were no campervans when we arrived :?
I think most of them were there for the stockcars later on. We stayed for the fisrt couple of stockcar races, but couldn't tell who was winning, so gave up about 6:30pm.

The only other Lotus I spotted was a blue S2 with hardtop, but it left about lunchtime :? Would that have been you Dave?

I was also disappointed by the lack of X-Bow (& Aston Martin) :(...
...But the noise coming from the Ascari made up for it 8)

I wonder why so few, as I had just watched a repeat of Rockingham and it was packed. With only eight finishers the track must have seemed empty.

Interestingly the fastest lap in the GT4 class was only one second faster than some of us.

That's me in the Ducati cap on the right of that picture, the Ferrari got run onto the grass on the inside heading into McIntyres and obviously had no stopping ability, so ploughed straight on into the tyre barrier right next to where I was standing

I would have liked to have made it up there this weekend, were there any Lotii in the GT4 class? I quite fancy heading up for the GT Cup event in September, to quote the GT Cup website "a grid that ranged from a Lotus Exige to a full blown GT3 Dodge Viper, not to mention Porsches, Ferraris, BMWs, a Morgan Aero 8 and three Aston Martins" - sounds interesting :)

No Lotii this weekend. There were only 2 entries in GT4 yesterday (both Ginettas) and only one of them finished.
The podium was a lonely place for him :D
