Has this not been done before on exiges.com? Maybe quicker to update that thread than start from scratch.

But yeah, JJ's went to me then I sold it in 2009 to a fella in Belgium. It was #124. It was RHD until I sold it, but he was planning on doing a LHD conversion...

Cheers
Hi Matt,

Yes it was started but very few people actually filled it in (about 40 i believe) and even then not all the questions were answered.

We have used some of the basic information from that and expanded the list - we currently have information on over 100 cars and growing.

I have #50 Azure Blue still running the K.

I'm on exiges.com occaisionally, and have put some data down in the past, but there seems to be a few lists and if I'm honest generating lists of info is not my cup of tea.

Hi Kerry, no personal data is given out - we're just purely doing it for the fun of finding out how many cars are actually still alive and what colours they are.

We appreciate your contribution though :cheers

What ever happened to Rocksteady from SE1? (Mike?)

Didn't he have a yellow S1 Exige?

Willie Roberston had an Azure one, iirc - And a couple of titanium cars used to attend KH track days a while back (erm...Maybe 2003-2004)

(One might have been Steve Mitchell's?)

They're getting rare now - I remember buying my S2 over one back in 2002, as I thought an S1 Exige would be too much hassle to use as a daily driver...Looking at the price of them now (and the way the prices are going!), I kind of wish I'd opted for the Exige!

I remember selling Willie his Azure one on the same day I sold Mike from Dundee his Titanium one - two scary test drives in a day 80 miles apart (Mike came down), I needed a cuppa after that. That's when I thought "two new in a day, this thing will sell like hot cakes"....wrong again!

Mike still has his, much modified, Willie doesn't....!

The last time I met Rox we were doing a Day at Crail with Walshy. He was a little late having satnav'd across Fife and ended up on some military training ground.

I've not seen many Azure blue ones, I was told mine previously been owned by someone around Glasgow. Who knows how it ended up in Turriff. I only went up to get a shot of a Lotus - elise/ exige wasn't the issue just wanted to see if it was worth considering. When I got up there I found they knew less than I did , they suggested there was space under the front bonnet for luggage. The car had a mix of rubber all on min and ridiculous rear camber. So was an experience to drive and therefore just what I was after. Part of the deal was for an inspection, so you would have seen the car in for a quick visit just before I bought it in 2003. It came back with about 16 items to fix. Probably not the best sale they've had but I did get the impression they were glad to see the exige go.

Not seen Rox in ages - albeit after he last posted here. He never really got on with the forum format as he was a busy man and only checked in every few weeks. He only lived the other end of Prestwick from me, but I think he's probably either moved or sold the car as I would randomly see him out in it from time to time, but nothing for years.

Rox is a top lad.
Memories of chasing him on a Tut Towers when we both got lost.

Dave Stanley had one, used to come along to most trackdays with Rox.

He is a friend of Renmure and now has a Ferrari 360 Spider.
