I'm not sure tbh. It was for a competition for Dundee uni to create a video that promotes Dundee, or shows what Dundee is to you or something.
Erica saw some of the other entries and apparently there was things not even related to Dundee being submitted :roll:

Erica only uploaded a 90 second cut of all the footage, it's cheesy and amateur, but shows the effect well. We weren't brave enough to mount the camera outside, so it's from an interior perspective, and it's only a little muvi so quality not amazing...

Part of me hopes they use him as an example and seriously throw the book, rather than them using it as an excuse to fit more red light cameras and fodder to impose lower speed limits in town centres...
