Thanks for the advice/suggestions/offers etc. Car eventually got taken away at 10:40 this morning, so over an hour and a half after they said it would (promised by a 'manager'), but not before an eastern European who, seemingly high on something, decided it would be a good idea to punch me in the back of the head in McDonalds for absolutely no reason and with no warning. Police take 35mins to arrive by which point he and his 2 (large) friends have gone....
Going to be a case of drawing a line under the last 24 hours and moving on I think....
