i moved house and forgot to tell the dvla about my new addy so didn't have the online option - as the tax would be sent to my old addy

Even tho the making of a new car causes more pollution than it'll ever create in it's lifetime :(

Look at the levels that India, China, and the USSR bloc have acheived in emmission outputs in the last five years, Africa has barely started yet, and the good old US of A could not give a fcuk, and you can see that there is no future for Planet Earth.

Mine was even more expensive as I opted to pay the voluntary £30 fine for being late that did not excuse me from possible fine although "it would look good in the court of appeal". Very helpful lad in the DVLA sighthill.
