You have doubts about a bit of thick ali foil, 2 jubilee clips and 3/4 of a tin of gun gum for fixing a knacked flexi?

lambda 1.34, max limit was 1.09!

Throw in a whole bottle injector cleaner/octane booster and run it for a few miles.
Then get it re-tested....
That should get you a pass..
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
