Don't have Discovery. Think we might have enjoyed this here too!

I watched it on YouTube yesterday and was left confused. Seemed a lot to pay for the car - when was it filmed do you know?

It was part of the latest series so I'm guessing earlier this year? Maybe early Summer?

Seemed like a lot of money to pay for a very standard S2.

My pal was talking about having watched it and winced when they took a K, which there was nothing wrong with, and took the head off... It made me wonder how true the whole thing is. Good TV though.

Looking forward to the new series again (especially with the Porsche content). Suspect that the 993 Targa will have a dodgy roof mechanism which will blow the Brewer Budget.

It's at least better than TG IMHO, but then that isn't much of an acollade !

I love a bit of wheeler dealer, drives my wife mad when i switch it on lol.

Everyones different but for me it is sometimes educational for a car nerd :-)

I love it!

For me it is far superior than TG or 5th Gear and more relevant to a car fan. It at least imparts some knowledge about car mechanics and restoration methods. Sure, Brewer is a comedy sidekick but it works well to balance out the more in depth sections where Ed is changing camber etc, even if he is a little in your face.

It's no less scripted than TG of 5thG but as I say, I enjoy it for the mechanical elements rather than the comical prices paid and deals made 8)

Without Wheeler Dealers I would not know about pea size to golf ball ratio (not that anyone sane would let me loose with filler on their car) :D
