Ludicrous that we get 40mb in a little old place like Old Deer, and you have to put up with that.

yeah, I got struck by the tethering cap on my three phone, but data through phone is still unlimited.
This only happened when I upgraded my handset on an (apparent) like for like tariff. clearly it wasnt!
