not seen the car yet ... i tended to negotiage price over email first as i dont have much wiggle room. the plan was to wait until next april but there seems to be a few exigeS2 hitting my price bracket now.

thanks for the posts by the way

Main things to look out for apart from obvious condition would be the way it drives. Have you driven an exige / elise yet? Just thinking for comparison sake.

Not much point in my opinion haggling over price without having seen / driven the car - couple of people emailed me and I didnt want to talk money unless they had seen it / called. Makes you look more serious.

i simply didnt want to waste the sellers time test driving if i coundnt afford it. my resolve is weakening ... cant be bothered saving anymore so im picking up on the cheaper cars advertised. MMC still a little expensive at the moment.

Worth noting is that the silver car will probably be out of warranty (as its an 04 car) as like mine the 04 cars had 2yrs.

Hello Anthony : )

Nice to meet you. Im out in the countryside, behind dobbies. Actually from Arbroath originally. Simon A mentioned a while back he is from Arbroath too, I have talked to Jim from renmure also (not far away from Arbroath) and i know Phil from Dundee as well - i think they all post here .... a very small world !

I have a couple of friends that stay near the Woodland though ... i know it well.
