That is fantastic. Although I think you can actually hear it drinking gas, you know it is going to have a 40 litre v8 and push out 180bhp through a live rear axle...

Is that illegal? Reckless? But aren't you some sort of autotest type chappy, so should be able to claim quite rightly that you know what you are doing.
It is reckless for a child to drive a car as they will kill folk through incompetence - surely you could claim it is reckless for me to use the handbrake as a parking aid as it is essentially a random event where I will end up, you could claim that you know what you are doing.

Illegal - Yes

- all in the past
Randon event?:- I can forward or reverse spin a car into a tight garage, or hand brake into a parking space 30cm longer that the car, stopping consistently 25 cm from kerb. ... after years of autotesting & practice

I know (OK I guessed) so what law are you breaking? (Just curious - I reckon a decent and very expensive lawyer would get you off. Probably best you have stopped though!). I can turn a car around on the handbrake. That's it. And normally I don't get all the way around

Come & do some autotests... especially the ones with reversing. Keep an eye on the meets section. I'll post up in their when the next event will be.
It's easier than it looks.

Dom does it in his astra at every opportunity (He does handbrake turns too!). He has even tried it in a JCB with mixed success....

And as such it is not big and it's not clever*. (Does anyone know why Ghost Rider(TM) nevers gets nicked for his exploits, I mean they must be able to trace him through his production company..)
*OK it is quite clever. But still wrong.
