Thats what I was wondering, reason is my car has about the same difference at the front and I was going to alter it. If its the same as dans maybe I should leave mine alone?

Sorry ali missed that totally. I thought it needed done, when I was out wi Scotty last week he noticed my front wheel was coming off the ground in a few of the corners, something that shouldnt be happening, at least not on the roads anyway :lol:

My 1999 S1 135 Sport weighed in at 747kgs last month. Half tank of fuel, cat, and about 7kgs of sundries in the car. Also harnesses and harness bar (but without driver).
I think it would weigh in at about 740kgs without the harnesses (add back seat belts) and no junk :)

my heavy barge, including honda and the heavy race prep stuff, with some interior stuff removed is 780kg without fuel.

Factor in the 40kgs of dirt on the clams and your cars not bad :D

at the start of the race , car and driver are over 900kg :(

It would be a better formula if the weights including driver - could be closer too (I aint light at 83kgs)

Could you not remove a few things and get that down? say boot, bonnet and boot mech etc
