I'm working on the roof thing too although from a slightly different perspective.

My roof has now been designated "the tent" as I feel I have to actually build it rather than just fit it. I'm trying to stay positived whilst also following:
take roof off
drive home from work in about 20 minutes
put roof back on

but sometimes I really can't be bothered.

I can never get the damn roof i the centre either so the passenger side gets wet when it rains...

It is possibly to achieve F1 style speed and efficiency when fitting "the tent"?!
