That would be Offshoring rather than Outsourcing. But yes there are some great technical people in India. But equally there are some brilliant people in the UK!

Hi,

why not just use MS word and save as web page instead of word document.

You can still create links etc, I have for 2 sites although basic, and not yet finished, they it seems to work ok, I don't need anything secure but at least you can do it now and not ahve to go buy any software. Then load using file transfer like you would on your pc to move a file about on your hard drive then you can load your site anytime.
