Had a good day up at Knockhill today, some good racing from the different classic series, nice to see these cars getting a proper workout

Bumped into Brian J, and also spotted a blue S1 (T***JDG) parked just along from me, anyone on here?
The display of 5 (red!) F40s was a personal highlight, at least one was getting a good thashing on track, although one at least was merely pootling round.
I've uploaded a few pics here:

In hindsight taking the Exige might not have been the best idea, but thankfully I managed to get it out of the car park without getting stuck. When I got back to the car I was pleasantly surprised to find a flyer under the windscreen that started "Dear supercar owner"

That made me smile too, especially when I noticed that no one around me had one!
I spied your Exige (although to be honest it's fairly hard to miss!) and also saw the dark blue Elise. My silver s1 was sitting on the rubble / road kinda bit just down the hill from yours as I was there fairly early.
I also saw a yellow vx220 turbo in the paddock, and a grey s2 exige just outside the gate where you pay.
It was a good day, F40s are incredible, and that road Vanwall was ace. Nice to see Stirling Moss again, hope I'm still driving at 77!

That'll be the same one I got a while back, from a garage in East Lothian?
Was it in an envelope?
Green Subaru Impreza Turbo, a 'classic'.
Silver Jeep Cherokee 2.5 TD, on SORN spec...
Black Disco 3, black van man spec...

To be honest, I can't remember where the place was, but it was a garage chatting about servicing etc...
It wasn't in an envelope, but i'm sure it was formatted and folder such that it could have been put in one.

It's from a company called M.P. Supercars, based in Cockenzie, East Lothian. They sound reasonable enough, but they could at least get a proper email address rather than a Hotmail one...

Not a F40 in site

. Were some nice early type 20 Lotus racing cars and a beautiful Europa Special though.
Did see a Titanium S2 in the car park though and a VX220 with stripes came blatting past me (I was in the family wagon) on the way up to KH chasing a biker.
Scott
That'll have been me
Still not sure about the stripes!! I'm just scared about losing the paint when i peel them off!!
Should have thought about that before LeMans i think!!
