more noise eh? sounds like something i'd like then!
i'd like a larini but i'm going to wait until i actually need to change the exhaust.
and i'm still liking hte blue neon idea but i've been told i'm not allowed to do this by my "far more mature than me" 21 yo girlfriend. apparently if she wanted to be driving about in a ned mobile she'd be seeing someone about 18. well that's me told then!

Ninja,
How old is your car? Can recall hearing about an S2 that needs a new exhaust yet.
You might have a bit of a wait on your hand.
I like the Janspeed exhaust (available from PTP) for the S2.
Cheers

Mine is a 2001 also.
I couldn't wait to get the standard system off, it makes the car sound like a sewing machine

Throttle re-set shouldn't really be necessary TBH... The old trick with the S1 on MEMS management was:
Ignition on
Fully depress throttle slowly 5 times
Ignition off
But I don't believe this applies to the S2. Just whack it on and drive, the ECU uses a Manifold Air Pressure sensor anyway, so it will automatically compensate for more airflow.

Only other place I know of is
http://www.elise-shop.com But Yvo is based in cloggieland, so when you add the carriage, it ends up much the same....
We used to have a Scottish supplier, but it all seems to have died on that front...

You got a commission on Janspeeds or summit?
Yeah - yours does sound good though..
Ninj, your best bet to hear an example of each (simon's Larini and mac's Janspeed?) as it's very mucha personal choice thing. I belive the Larini is slightly better built, by reputation, though.
Sure they will be in the same place at the same time at some point over the coming months.
