I have given some thoughts to why the C4S understeers more.

I reckon below are the main factors.

Geo :
Most production cars are understeer biased as most drivers naturally recognise and can correct it easily. Of course, too much built in understeers for experienced drivers is off putting as the car's true turn in potential is reduced significantly.

May be Porsche builds the 4WD targeting daily drivers who can use the car under all conditions safely and the C2 for more sporty drivers. Not sure if the same ARB are used for the c2 and c4/s.

Front diff :
The front diff set up might contribute to the understeer.

Tyre choice:
Pressures, the rim size, width, profile, compound and tread pattern also affect the handling.

Weight :
The C4S is significantly heavier than the C2. 1470kg vs 1320kg.

I have changed the brake pads to Ferodo DS2500 which is biting better than the OME. The Federal 9595 RS-R is much quieter than the Toyo R888 and on the wet road, gives better grip. On the dry a little less. I suspect the 595 will significantly out perform the R888 on the wet track, vice versa on dry surface (but may be not far off).

Look froward to see how it performs on the 30th at KH

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

You've got a bit of fishing wire tied to the magic tree, haven't you ?

For future videos remember Flat 6 Symphony sounds better than Freddie :blackeye

Have you got any pictures of your car ? Yellow really suits the 911 I think, my 993 was yellow.

Considering getting back to a single car, and these 911's are definately on the radar..

G - not quite a C4S but nice, relatively collectible, and therefore should suffer minimal depreciation?

And I'm not alone here for having had first hand experience of the excellent service supplied by this dealer :thumbsup
