(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

Nothing too major: Alloy belled disks, EP toe links, front roll bar drop links, oil, geo set up and tax to name a few things, Rear tyres are up next!
**Edit- the starter is also a bit dodgy. Takes about 5 turns of the key for the starter to catch and turn the engine over- all you hear is the starter spinning but not catching. open to suggestions to fix it!

Ah that will be the curse of Mckeann's 2 laps on Frolics last year
As for the starter pretty sure we had to give ddtb's a gently tap on a few occasion again on Frolics....seemed to work
How many miles you done BTW?

Cheers mckeann I just soiled myself a little, then realised you were joking..... Are you joking!?
I've done just over 6k but sadly 200 miles a week is to and from Aberdeen on the motorway.
I'll give the starter a few 'taps' and a soak in electrical cleaner at the weekend then.

If you need to rely on the car, I'd be tempted just to put a new starter in and be done with it?

You can have my Elise back if you like, I've been planning on selling it at the end of the summer- I need an M3 in my life again!
Seriously if you're interested let me know.
