The white one is now sporting some Union Jack side air intakes (and presumably the mirrors are getting done the same as it had no mirrors this afternoon).
Also had an 'EXG' number plate.

The jury is out on the Union Jack decals.

Apologies for the thread hijack but as there has been a fair bit of Boxster Spyder chat on this thread I thought I'd share I'm aware of a red Spyder with 1400 miles coming available. Anyone interested drop me a PM.

Chris,

I believe it's a 2011, manual, Porsche Sports Exhaust, Sports Chrono, Red Dials, Short shift, air con and a couple of other bits as well. Sounds absolutely immaculate.

Not sure if he is on here but on seloc he goes by the name footsoldier, the blue one is his.
If it is the same footsoldier and he still works in Edinburgh, I'll look forward to looking out the office window in George Street on to his new car :D

Saw a red spider in traffic today. Nice looking car. Roof looks 'S1' complicated though.

Its simpler than an S1 Elise as the Germans had the hindsight to build the tensioner in with the red lever. It does not take too long and to be honest if your worried about 2min to erect a roof then you will pick the normal Boxster. Much rather have the Spyder roof for the lighter weight and the rear humps.

Good thing is that you can have a conversation easily at 80, not something that could be said of our S1.
