Well his condition has deteriorated a little overnight but there going to go ahead with the surgery as, if we do nothing he wont recover.

No photos I was not supposed to get her back today got a phone call just after 4pm saying she was ready and as I will be away for a couple of days I decided to go and get her. Will get some shiny photos at the weekend

Aren't safety glasses handy , been wearing them all morning, lifted them onto the top of my head to answer a call from Mags , clattered my spade down and BANG was instantly hit in the right eye with a piece of wood feck ,shoot , burger , barstuad. What a diddy the glasses were on the top of my head FFS .

I can see out of it , don't think I have done any real damage think ive scratched it, however as it weeps away and swells up the effing pain is excruciating .

I will just have to watch the game with the other eye tonight.

Just back from hospital , it appears that I have punctured my eye and taken a gouge out of it. Off to the eye pavilion tomorrow to check for wood splinters.

Last time I did similar and ended up in casualty I got the most amazing looking young lady doctor bending over me.
