Looks like the one I got the other day with my petrol.

20 pages of watch lovers. Still it takes all kinds to make up the World, even on S_E.

Spoke to Tom at NY and he too terms this thread 'w@nky' :) Still, like the 'Where the feck are you..." thread, if you don't like it, you don't have to pop in :thumbsup PH has a watch sub-forum by the by:)

Gareth - lovely looking watch mate. Think I'd go for a left-hander given the size of that crown protector .. think I'd sever a vein whilst typing wearing that!

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Right. I now seem to have an unending desire to expand my watch collection. I've been gazing longingly at Comex Subs but I'll never to be able to afford a real one given they're going for £50k+ thesedays. So, I'm thinking of the recently discontinued Seadweller, or a non-date sub. I can't make up my mind...

hmm dont know if I'm a fan or not of those, thats the watch that pops into my head when I think of Rolex.

I think my money would be spent on something a bit rarer and individual.

Blancpain Fifty Fathoms does it for me this week
The Sea Dweller has recently ceased production (the one on the left) and the replacement is technically the Deep Sea. That's fecking mahoosive. The Dweller above is roughly the same size as a sub.

For ref - the sub above (on the right) has the cyclops which I don't like. Here's a shot of a non-date:-

Deep Sea is indeed Huge.
Buy a non date, I'm not particularly keen on the cyclops....although a Sea Dweller is nice.

Sub looks all wrong without the date/cyclops IMHO.

I would buy the Sea Dweller. Try one on first though as it's thicker than the Sub and sits out a bit further on your wrist. Likely to be a very sound place to invest your money too, they can only increase steadily in value now :thumbsup

I think the cyclops spoil them tbh....

Seadweller would be the one for me over a submariner I reckon... although everyone will probably just think it's a fake anyway so why bother....
