So you havent ever given your car a one off down the high street?
Maybe I have - when I was young and foolhardy
Doesn't really impress anyone though, in fact the opposite - boyracer, so whats the point you look like a dick and you risk points/ fines etc
I dont think its a "boyracer" attitude at'all, i have saw guys much older than myself booting non-sports type cars when they see me, or trying to draw looks, so age etc has nothing to do with it.

Seems like a pattern forming - they wouldn't pull you for no reason 3 times.

Around town, (especially in a bright coloured noisy sportscar - I should know) drive like a cock, expect to be treated like a cock.

End of story
Saying that tho Ross, i got pulled 14 times in 1 month in my old Nova SR for no reason, was considering legal action at the end of it, time wasting c*cks!
I used to get pulled many a time in my Mini, but there wisnae a cop to be seen for miles!

I'll agree that giving it beans when a copper is sitting 2 or 3 cars behind you is asking to be pulled and is a tad foolish tho

Trust me if I was pulled for good reason I would be doing some sucking up , not arguing with them .

Young guy( look quite young for my age also ) driving flash bright orange car , obviously Id expect to be checked out , but not for 3 random checks!!

Perhaps you wouldnt have this problem being an older ( I presume ) driver, with flash/unusual car .

I resemble that age-ist comment! :rage

Funny you should mention this - when at the tender age of 19, I generally drove like an utter pr1ck in my R5 GT Turbo (f@ck knows how I never stuffed it) and was regularly pulled by the BiBs, but chopped it in for my luscious Lancia Integrale at 21, and have never been pulled since (not by the Polis onyhoo :sheeplove ) - and that includes further tasty motors (esp. for Dundee and having had various thug barnets too :scratch )

Rossy i havent been pulled(by the fuzz anyway  ) in any of my cars since i was 18'ish, and that inclues 3 high power GTi-R's at 21, big power GTR's and RX7's again at 21, and tbh i still drove like a bit of a plonker, have kind of simmered down a bit in the Elise, think its due to the fact the car draws enough attention as it is from EVERYBODY that see's it without me driving like a complete wanker whilst behind the wheel

Dont really think its a young/old thing. Its more of a mature/immature thing. An old guy driving like a twat is as much of a menace as a young guy driving like a twat. Both are still twats tho! Maybe the police just have it in for the guy. Sounds unlikely but guess its possible. In any event, hopefully everything will blow over and nothing will come of it.

Edited to add... have also been a twat in the past and had to make do without a licence for a period of time for demonstrating twatish tendancies.
