Turns out that the sisal is actually 12mm. Oh well, only paid for 10mm..

Front towing eye, survey says yes. Those rings are 27mm id. Carabina or similar a better option though.

Lawrence, your 3m (Probably more like 3.5m) landy tow rope is ready. £8 inc P&P. It's 12mm marine polyester ~2000 kg breaking strain. Where do you want it sending?

I think Stu manufactured some. £16 for a pair.
(From a styling point of view you can see them from the rear in a car behind. Having one makes the back end look wonky.)

Yep still got them, £3 for sisal £4 for Nylon, the Polyester for Lawrence was ~£2/m. Postage is £2.
