May be disproportionate but think of the satisfaction. And look on the bright side the repair should be completed by the time you are released !!

I'm stuck with Loss and Fiddle too, they're a nightmare.
I've ended up sending a couple of letters/e-mails to the MD complaining about the service, and on not once had an apology for the poor service. I've had a couple of credits to the account, I've just not had time to arrange a meeting to vote them out, though they're all just as bad as each other. I've got the MD's e-mail address if you want to e-mail her to kick up stink.
