Have seen other S1s that colour, just not with blacor as shiny. Think Scott Cruickshank the younger's car is that colour.

They did an Inferno S1 of which there are not many around, but although a lovely colour, that seems a lot deeper and brighter.

I really need one (would be my 4th midlife crisis - Tiger,Elise, Exige being the first 3) but I do value my divorce, sorry wife, no divorce, whatever.

I can afford it. Dont move house, cancel the new kitchen and bathroom upgrades to present house, sell something valuable, trade in the Exige. Sorted.

I think that you would lose all of your history of your car if you got it resrayed. I could only imagine how much stories and exploits you could recall about every scratch, dent, sticker, missing parts and added parts that N3 has been through.

I think that it is Brian's i.e. BingoKing who is mostly on the Lotus Forums and one of the LEGS organiser.

Its my original cancelled order, then Sanjoy's cancelled order and now Brians car

No regrets however and glad that it went to Brian.
