In BHP & lbft units:
power = torque * RPM/5200-ish
As you can see, if you double power you'll have to double torque in order to keep the numbers straight.
That's not to say I think it's appropriate to apply that correction factor - torque at the hubs is the most useful measure of your engine's performance - flywheel power is for pub chat only
