My eyesight is very poor (shortsighted) I have worn glasses since I was about 10 and contact lenses since 14. Due to over use of my contacts I was told by my optician to cut down on the wear time for a few months and since then I wear my glasses 95% of the time.

Usually they dont bother me but I have contemplated laser eye surgery a few times but I have to agree with some of the above.

Just not convinced its had enough research. Maybe in 15-20 years once the long term effects have been assessed but until then I think I will stick with the goggles.
