Supposedly was the MMC demo for the first chunk of it's life, so they didn't have track cover - why the subsequent owners would not track it is far beyond my leeetle brain

I took issue with that too, but if you think about it, what he may be saying is that the 177 engine was 'tuned', ergo, 190.

Last year they were very unclear about that
